Elizabeth Chown and Jim Phillips have over 60 year's experience
handling baggage claims for major international carriers. They've
presented workshops, seminars, and training sessions on behalf of IATA,
the Worldwide Airline Customer Relations Association, and various
airlines. Cpl. Ian Black (retired) is a former Royal Canadian
Mounted Police officer with specialized experience in commercial crime
detection training.
