He is now an investigator with Casino Nova Scotia, Greg Taker is in charge of the RCMP Major Crime Section in Halifax, Nova Scotia. With their extensive experience and successes with cognitive interviewing and statement analysis, Greg and Pete are popular speakers and trainers.
Elizabeth Chown and Jim Phillips have over 60 years experience handling pilferage, property damage, personal injury and baggage claims for major international carriers and they present workshops and training sessions on a variety of travel industry issues.
