Refund Policy: 50 percent refund if cancellation is necessary between March 25 and April 7; no refunds after April 7, 2005. Substitute delegates are permitted. Acorn-Oak Business Services, Inc. reserves the right to refuse acceptance or entrance. Participants are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary business travel visas for Canada.
