How does it work?

 You send the passengers’ letters to Acorn-Oak’s Montreal office as scanned documents, by fax or by courier. Your airline designates an in-house resource person. Response letters are drafted and returned to your office as e-mail attachments, ready to be printed on your letterhead and sent out. Several carriers prefer us to print and mail the responses using their letterhead.

This depends on your volume. Contact us for a time estimate. Remember -- while Acorn-Oak is resolving your backlog problem, your team has time to focus on current claims and correspondence, improving your response time.
 

How much does it cost?

Our Customer Relations correspondence support service is very economical. Hourly rates are based on the anticipated volume, language requirement and scope of claims. You’ll receive an itemized invoice each month showing how many minutes were charged per file. Alternatively, you may prefer a set fee per response letter.
